With a career spanning journalism, Olympic-level communications, and private sector PR, Lewis Hampton is one of New Zealand's most well-connected communications practitioners. For seven years, Lewis served as the New Zealand Olympic Committee's Communications and Content Manager, leading comms for the New Zealand Team at the Tokyo Summer Olympics, Beijing Winter Olympics, and Birmingham Commonwealth Games — managing PR, stakeholder communications, media events, and issue management.
Prior to the NZOC, Lewis spent almost a decade as a radio and television journalist for RadioLive and TV3, reporting on national news across the country. In the private sector, Lewis has worked with a number of New Zealand's most recognised tech and consumer brands including Evnex, Contented, Scapegrace Distilling, and Coffee Supreme. Lewis leads the Payper Auckland team.
